Refund Policy

To get a full product refund due to damaged goods bought from, the company must be informed within 2 days of the product delivery date by sending a photo/video of the products and clarification of the issue to 
Kindly note the following for return policy: 
• Products damaged or used by the customer will not be eligible for return/refund. 
• Refunds will only be processed after the item(s) is received, inspected, and found damaged by GKhair. 
• Refunds will only be proceeded upon furnishing of original receipt issued by
